Professional intern for state recognition as a social worker

More than 380 employees in the bbw Südhessen are strongly committed to finding their place in the job and in society with support needs. We offer professional orientation, professional preparation and training in over 30 professions, as well as supervised housing and “helps for education”. With this, we give young people with learning disabilities, disadvantage, mental illness or the Autism spectrum the necessary boost to actively take their lives into their hands. Our youth assistance offer “world spaces – help to educate” under the roof of the bbw Südhessen offers a space where young people can feel free and develop perspectives for the future. The houses “Villa Kosmos”, “Villa Canopus” and “Villa Centaurus”, each with a group of carvings and “Villa Gemini” with two groups of living in Bad Vilbel-Dortelweil offer young people a home on time. For the 2025 recognition internship, we offer new places as a professional internin for state recognition as a social workerin.

Together with your practical instructions, you enter a group of young people aged 14 years. You support the design of everyday life, leisure and the management of life-structural matters. As a professional intern*in, you can help and target planning with families, youth offices, schools and networks. You will be actively involved in practical, educational processes and in reference care.

You complete a pedagogical university degree and find a place for your recognition internship. You bring an appreciation attitude and empathy to young people. You are characterized by commitment and resilience, combined with flexible and independent action. You have a positive attitude and openness towards people with different personal and cultural backgrounds.

Holiday: Recreation must be - With us you will receive 30 days of holiday and two additional days of regeneration.
