• Full care and care of residents in early and late care
• Implementation of basic and treatment care according to current care standards
• Planning, documentation and evaluation of nursing measures
• Implementation of medical regulations and professional drug delivery
• Advising and accompanying residents and relatives
• Cooperation with doctors, therapists and the interdisciplinary care team
• Participation in ensuring and developing care quality
