Self-employed and on-time implementation of monthly wage and salary bills Creation and preparation of audit-relevant accounting data Booking of accounting transactions in financial accounting Maintenance and management of personnel master files and movement data in the accounting system Responsibility for reporting and certification as well as correspondence with health insurance companies, offices and authorities Support for annual work and external pay tax and social security checks

Completed commercial or tax-related training or additional qualification in personnel Multiannual professional experience in pay accounting, ideally complemented by existing knowledge in financial accounting Knowledge of wage tax, social security and labour law Secure user knowledge and handling of billing software Structured, correct and responsible operation High level of discretion
