Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As an engineer, you are the central contact person for the strategic yield planning of our work. In doing so, you are responsible for managing and forecasting product yields in the near and long term and thus provide a solid basis for planning business decisions. You introduce plan data into our systems, analyze them critically and evaluate their feasibility. Existing assumptions ''challengen'' ensure an ambitious but realistic objective. In addition, the complex relationships between production yield and their financial impact on sales are understood. You regularly create and evaluate new planning scenarios on a monthly and annual basis and keep them up to date. In your role you represent and defend the planning scenarios convincingly against management and other areas of expertise.

Education: successfully completed university studies (Diplom/Master) in economic engineering, business management with technical focus or comparable discipline Experiences and know-how: high affinity for numbers and data, ideally first professional experience in a planning-intensive or technical environment (e.g. controlling, manufacturing planning, product technology) Personality and working methods: structured, analytical, high level of self-initiative, communication and enforcement strength, sovereign appearance Languages: knowledge of German and English in word and writing
