Your tasks Determining, performing and testing automated and manual welding processes Testing of welded joints on the base material (e.g. cuts) taking action on the basis of ground results, if necessary Preparatory action Adjust the welding methods and materials, including external positions (e.g. welding laboratory) and taking into account the functionality and cost-effectiveness Based on material tests Process optimization in cooperation with internal areas (e.g. production, technical office, quality assurance, robotics, maintenance, production department manager Rohbau) Participation in the definition of welding quality standards and implement these quality standards after consultation with superiors Internal qualification of employees (e.g. workshops, instruction etc.) and monitoring of manual welding work Participation in the production and maintenance of specifications and after-white documents such as welding plans, process and test specifications, acceptance and approval documents Conducting damage analyses, welding work and project work Visits of trade fairs to identify future technology trends in order to derive measures and recommendations in coordination with the supervisor for the location Participation in complaints Working with performance indicators (KPI) Keeping the test, maintenance plans and performing corrective measures Support in implementing preventive maintenance and inspections Ensure the required quality and customer requirements performing fault analyses and monitoring of corrective measures

Your preferred qualifications Formation of the welding specialist Professional experience in the automotive environment Experience required in fully automatic welding with robots Experiences in welding techniques MAG, MIG, resistance and laser welding Knowledge in handling Welding Systems (e.g. Bosch 6000, Harms and Wende, Matuschek, SKS) Good knowledge of materials English language skills desirable
