In your area of responsibility, all accounting-relevant topics are within the framework of M&A projects, including due diligence, financial expert sessions, carve-out financials, purchase price allocation (PPA) and post-merger integration (PMI) preparations. Your expertise is the main partner for internal and external stakeholders such as consulting companies, law firms and financial institutions. You support the development of the M&A Accounting & Governance team. You continuously develop IFRS Accounting Policies and keep them up to date. You design and carry out training to comply with accounting policies and tax external consultants. For complex and material accounting questions, you are the first point of contact. Existing Accounting Processes opt for the introduction of new standards.

Over-average degree in economics with a focus on finance Additional qualification as an auditorin or tax advisorin Multiannual, relevant professional experience in consulting companies, audit firms or comparable areas High level of self-initiative, readiness for performance and strong project experience Excellent communication skills as well as sovereign conflict management and team orientation Proactive and structured operation with high self-responsibility Experience in accompanying change processes
