You develop our corporate governance strategically and create decision-making bases for management. You take responsibility for strategic controlling and ensure targeted corporate development through appropriate analyses, key figures and planning instruments. You control risk management at company and project level, identify systematically risks and define action strategies. You are the first respondent to all questions of energy regulation and represent the company to authorities. You actively accompany strategic projects and change processes with financial and regulatory views. You promote interdisciplinary cooperation with other areas and encourage innovation and efficiency enhancement.

You have a degree in economics, economic engineering or a comparable degree course – ideally with a focus on controlling, finance or energy economics. You have profound experience in energy management, regulatory environment and risk management. You think entrepreneurial and strategic, have a strong understanding of economic relations and regulatory frameworks. You have leadership experience and understand how to motivate, develop and participate in change processes. You communicate clearly and solution-oriented – to internal and external stakeholders. .
