Your tasks:

• They support the team leaders and employees of the Construction department administratively and operationally
• You will ensure the systemic workability of the teams by setting system accesses and permissions via our service portal
• They support the maintenance and updating of Teamsharepoints
• You plan, coordinate and prepare dates, events and workshops
• You manage the office material for the teams

Your profile:

• You have completed professional training and have first professional experience in assistance
• You have profound knowledge Office 365 (teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as SAP knowledge
• They bring a high degree of autonomy, creativity, reliability and sense of responsibility with
• You have a positive appearance, are open and have fun at work in a motivated team
• You control the German language in word and writing
