Senior Project Manager in Building Construction

We are looking for you as Senior Project Manager:in Hochbau (w/m/d) for the S-Bahn Berlin GmbH at the location Berlin. S-Bahn Berlin GmbH is a central mobility service provider for the capital Berlin with 1,400,000 passengers per working day, approx. 3,000 trips per working day, 671 vehicles and the 340 kilometres long route network. Your tasks:

You take over the management, planning and implementation of complex investment and maintenance projects for high-grade infrastructure installations in the maintenance workshops of the S-Bahn Berlin In your working day, you are responsible for highly complex A projects with a volume of up to € 6 million per project, e.g. general renovations of existing buildings, new buildings or replacement investments of technical installations. You additionally tax several B‐ and C-projects, such as roof renovations, social and washroom renovations, or the integration of PV systems on factory halls and office buildings About all performance phases of HOAI (1–8), you will ensure professional project management, focusing on costs, dates, quality and cost-effectiveness Technical leadership and support of project leaders:insides implementing B‐ and C-projects with high-quality content Coordination of all internal and external project participants, including authorities (e.g. EBA), planning offices, exporting companies and internal departments As project manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the statics of the individual projects of buildings and plants (in a static) are combined. In addition, you implement S-Bahn-specific requirements for IMS / SMS / ISMS and act as a central contact person, e.g. for the preparation and monitoring of audits and process and policy assessments

Your profile:

You have a completed university degree as an architect: in (construction) or civil engineer: in or a qualification acquired by several years comparable activities With your multi-year professional experience from the project management and realization of larger building projects, you can convince us of you You have well-founded knowledge in project management about all HOAI performance phases as well as in contract management and follow-up management In your professional action, you convince by sense of responsibility, decision-making and economic thinking You work structured, analytically and keep track of parallel large projects.
