The core task in the central pay billing and patient recording is the realization of proceeds of hospital services close to the patient. Only a legally compliant fee settlement can ensure the remuneration of the medical services provided. Our employees are therefore contributing significantly to the liquidity of the UKE. Your tasks: Calculation and settlement of fees of stationary and outpatient hospital services and separately used elective services with the competent cost institutions Ensuring regular and correct data exchange according to §§ 301 f SGB V Participation in the clarification of unclear costs, if necessary with the assistance of the material handling with additional tasks and the social service the processing of correspondence in connection with the settlement and any requests (e.g. the med. service) with the assistance of the handling of the material with additional tasks Asset management “light”: Introduction of reminders, control of payment inputs, monitoring of reminders Support in the processing of objections for disputed claims.The core task in the Central Accounting and Patient Recording is the realization of proceeds of hospital services close to the patient. Completed training for medical professionals, health professionals or equivalent skills and experience Insufficient professional experience with a focus on payroll on outpatient/stationary services Knowledge of the various accounting methods, good knowledge of the medical nomenclature, commercial accounting skills Social competence, cooperation, communication, team skills, organisational skills
