Personnel management: You are disciplinary and professional leadership for your 6 team. Process design: You improve organizational structures and optimize processes in personnel accounting and time management. Advisory function: You are important savings partners for management, executives and employees on all topics of personnel accounting and time management. Personal Controlling: Together with our Controlling department, you build HR Reporting and Controllinga and carry out evaluations from the personnel accounting and time management system. Auditing: You are responsible for the audits with your team. Annual financial statements: In cooperation with Finance and other interfaces, you will develop the annual financial statements for your area of responsibility. Wages and salaries: In the light of tax, social insurance and labour law regulations, You shall draw up proper pay and salary bills. Communication with authorities: You are contact persons for financial offices, health insurance companies, social security institutions and other authorities. Accounting: In cooperation with financial accounting, you will keep the costs in mind.

You have a completed commercial training with further training in the field of personnel billing or a comparable qualification. Your multi-year experience (approximately 3-5 years) in personnel billing and time management makes you responsible in your area. You can score through your leadership skills by already leading a team. Safe handling of billing and time management systems, ideally in SAP. You like to advance projects and can inspire themselves for digitalization. Thanks to your Hands-On mentality, you are committed to process optimization.
