Tribe Architekt - DevSecOps Hub Banking Cloud (m/f/d)

For our Software Development and Governance (SDG) service field in Tribe DevSecOps Hub Banking Cloud (SDGHBC) we are looking for you as a Tribe Architect (m/w/d) in Münster, Karlsruhe and Munich (Aschheim) in full or parttime from 30 hours. Here you work with 48 colleagues across the site and with various interfaces.

Your tasks with perspectives You are responsible for and designing the solution architecture of the Trusted DevOps (Developer) Platform Banking Cloud, ensuring consistency, cohesion, scalability, security and efficiency of the entire solution. This includes built-in security along the entire DevSecOps Lifecycle with Security Automation, Policies, Security Guiderails and Gates. You take a coordinating role within the multi-layered architecture levels and ensure an overarchingly coordinated and consistent overall architecture across all the domains involved and design APIs and integration points of the Trusted DevOps (Developer) Platform to enable seamless integration of the various part solutions. In cooperation with the architecture managers and platform teams of the participating domains, you define the respective target images, architectural guidelines and binding requirements for the entire Trusted DevOps (Developer) Platform, the associated toolchain and the technologies used, such as Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab), Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform) and cloud operating environments. You work closely with architecture managers, platform teams and security functions, ensuring the communication between the architectural roles and an integrated architecture, taking into account the governance requirements of all the relevant components of the Trusted DevOps (Developer) Platform. You accompany the entire life cycle of platform features and capabilities from conception to prototyping to productive implementation.

Your personality with profile You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification as well as many years of relevant professional experience (more than 6 years) in the architecture of complex IT systems. You have knowledge of platform architecture, cloud technologies and container and orchestration platforms (e.g. Kubernetes). You bring experience in DevSecOps environments, especially in CI/CD (e.g. GitLab), Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform) and automated platform processes. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and about knowledge of English (C1 level). You have experience in working with various architectural roles and coordinating complex, distributed structures. You convince by communication strength and the ability to combine different perspectives into a viable overall picture.

salary frame and career level The annual salary for this position is between €79,000 and € 113,000 for a 38-hour week, depending on the corresponding experience and qualification, and pays on our career model as follows:
