Technical and economic complete line of the assigned object Ensuring a smooth building operation in compliance with all legal and contractual requirements Responsibility for the planning, control and control of technical services and maintenance measures Economic responsibility for the object including budget planning, cost tracking and optimization Management and deployment planning of the employees at the object (w/m/d) and support in their technical development Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and HSE requirements Operational contractual responsibility: Implementation of the contractually agreed services, compliance with SLA/KPI and care of the customer relationship
