Healerin, educatorin, Ergotherapeut*in (m/w/d) for our diary in the bird You want to gain an insight into the diary? Then come to us! The Vogelweide diary is well connected in the lively district of Barmbek-Süd. The focus of your work is the personal assistance of people with high support needs. This includes the personalised planning of the measures, their implementation, documentation and verification. You also take care of day-to-day, nursing, household and advisory activities.

Your duties

• Organisation and design of individual support services in everyday work
• Recognizing the potentials and interests of the employed
• Implementation of the agreed measures in the context of education, employment and training planning
• Basic care and household activities
• Documentation of services

Your profile

• You are a curative teacherin, educatorin, curative teacherin, social pedagogical assistantin or have a comparable pedagogical qualification, with professional experience in integration aid (SGB IX)
• Clear positioning towards empowerment and inclusion of people with disabilities
• Estimation and sensitivity for the needs of the client *inside
• Open and clear communication
• Structured, independent and self-reflected working
• High motivation for teamwork, creativity and spontaneity in everyday design
• Interest in continuous, professional training and further development
• Willingness to work in shiftwork
