As a baker (m/w/d), you bring fresh baked goods on your way and make sure everything runs clean, tasty and punctual. In a strong team in the Backstube, a job with good perspective and fun at work awaits you.

• You prepare doughs, process raw materials and accompany the production of bread, rolls and other baked goods.
• When forming, baking and baking, you work carefully and maintain the usual quality standards.
• You pay attention to cleanliness, order and hygiene in the bakery and keep the work areas reliably in focus.
• Dealing with freshness, timing and consistent quality is your daily routine.
• In the team, you tune processes so that production runs smoothly and everything is done in time.

We are looking for

For this position, you fit well when you bring joy to baking, work reliably and like to pack practically. With 0 to 3 years of experience, you can join here and develop yourself in the bakery.

• You have ideally first experience in bakery crafts or interest in learning the craft from scratch.
• Care, hygiene awareness and a good look for quality are important in this role.
• Team spirit and reliability help you to keep up well in an early start of work or in changing processes.
• The working time depends on the operation and the shift models can vary depending on the planning.
• You are physically fit enough for an active activity in the bakery and keeps a cool head even at speed.
• As a baker (m/w/d), you fit especially well if you want to work handmade and see what you did at the end of the day.
