In this broad technical leadership, you report directly to the technical board and are responsible for the technical management of a number of thousand apartments. You lead the department via three team lines with a total of 19 employees and combine operational proximity to the stock with leadership, budget and control responsibility. In addition to ongoing maintenance, you will also actively participate in larger planned maintenance, modernization and rehabilitation measures.

You take over the professional, organizational and disciplinary leadership of the Department of Stock Management with three team leaderships and a total of 19 employees, including housekeepers and our own craftsmen. You promote an esteeming, cooperative cooperation, develop the organisation and support the team leaders in managing their areas of responsibility. You are responsible for the technical management of a stock of several thousand apartments and ensure order, safety and cleanliness in the residential areas. You organise regular object visits and ensure the perception of traffic safety and other operator obligations as well as compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You control the technical inventory management budgets and contribute to short-, medium- and long-term technical planning. You are responsible for tendering, procurement, control and acceptance of maintenance programs, service contracts and special measures within the assigned budgets. You build a structured supplier and service provider management and develop performance images, pricing and contract structures economically. You coordinate cross-departmental technical enquiries as well as demanding lease reductions and severe disruptions in the ongoing usage ratio. You develop planned maintenance, modernization and refurbishment measures in close coordination with the department management, thereby binding architects and specialist planners. You organise and control the project management of planned measures and contribute to the acceptance of comprehensive modernisation, maintenance and new construction services. You actively contribute to the specification of larger modernization and new construction projects.
