We are looking for sellers for our backshop (m/w/d) for our new market in Fockbek.

Responsibility: You take over the management of the bakery / Bake Off and ensure an attractive presentation of our bakery products. Assortment care: You are responsible for ordering, care and regular filling of the assortment. Daily business: You organize the workflows in the back shop and ensure efficient and hygienic preparation of baked goods. Freshness: You guarantee the freshness and quality of the baked goods and ensure an attractive presentation of goods. Staff: You are a contact person:in your team and motivate your colleagues to top performances. Hygiene standards: You ensure that all legal and operational provisions in the field of hygiene and quality are complied with.

Training: Your completed training in food retailing, bakery or comparable training (also cross-comers: we are welcome to you)! Experience: You have ideally experience in the preparation of baked goods, in the Bake-Off area or in the bakery (e.g. as bakery seller:in, baker:in or in similar areas).

Quality & Freshness: You have a good eye for the attractive presentation of baked goods and know you with hygiene standards. Organizational institution: You are an organizational institution and keep an overview even in stressful times. Passion: Your enthusiasm for fresh, handcrafted baked goods and your joy in dealing with people characterize you. Personality: A high customer orientation and a friendly appearance are your strengths.
