General management, coordination and evaluation of client and client complaints Assessment of cases of complaint (original analysis, risk assessment, decisions on measures) Moderation and coordination of causes analyses (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why) Responsibility of audits (internal / external / with customers / suppliers) Communication with customers and experts on complaints, measures and results Monitoring and follow-up of immediate, corrective and preventive measures Care and development of complaint and quality reporting (KPIs, trends, causes) Participation in the continuous improvement of procedures and quality standards

Complete technical studies or comparable training (e.g. quality management, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics, etc.) Multiannual professional experience in quality management, ideally in advertising management (species desirable) Knowledge of common QM methods and tools (e.g. 8D, FMEA, SPC, root analysis) Experience in dealing with customers and clients at a professional and communication level Very good understanding of cutting-point processes between different departments Good knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001) Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure, sovereign entry and enhanced communication and moderation Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working methods Enforcement and depreciation at the same time
