The training takes place in a dual course of study. In addition to the practical phase of the study, the theoretical phase of the study takes place at the Duale Hochschule Sachsen, based in Leipzig. In the field of real estate management, the systematic knowledge transfer takes place on the basis of the life cycle of the property and all related economic and technical tasks and legal requirements in 6 semesters. In the practical stages of study, the theoretical findings are applied and deepened. Due to the content coordination between theory and practice, a direct transfer of knowledge takes place. Start is the winter semester 2025.

• Real estate project development

• Real estate investment and financing

• Economic analysis

• Management of real estate assets (portfolio, asset, facility and property management)

• Real estate value determination

• Rental law / public and private building law / property law / broker building rights Specialization direction: smart Business

• General Higher Education / Higher Education; completion of an ascent training (e.g. technicians) or a completed nationally regulated vocational training
