Training & materials Planning, implementation and follow-up of training at all locations Creation and Evaluation of Learning Success Controls Tariff & service competence Independent observation of collective bargaining changes and internal disclosure Advice to passengers (on-site, telephone, in writing) and ticket sales Customer support & Partner support Service and sales support for external partners Recording, management and processing of service-related customer requests Quality assurance Implementation of quality controls in customer centers Ensuring compliance with requirements and, where appropriate, post-training

Education & Experience You have a completed commercial training – ideally as a travel merchant or in the transport service. You bring experience in project work as well as sound knowledge in the ÖPNV. You have already worked as a trainer or trainer. Expertise You are safe to use the current MS Office programs. You have a high degree of initiative, sense of responsibility and work structured and solution-oriented. Personal skills You are self-confident, conflictable and powerful. You convince with pronounced moderation and presentation skills. Mobility & flexibility You are ready to travel nationwide (from Ilmenau in Thuringia to Traunstein across Bavaria) and to maintain various locations. You accept shift and weekend work. You have a license class B; a neutral service car is placed (also for private use). Language skills Very good German and good English skills
