IT Security Experte (w/m/d)

Berlin from now on The Banking Association is one of Germany's major business associations. He represents the interests of private banks and FinTechs operating in Germany at national and international level. For this top economic policy association, we are looking for you - a dedicated IT security expert (w/m/d), who is passionate about the security of information and the effective management of data. This is an indefinite full-time job, which is also part-time at least 30 hours. As part of our IT management team, the area of IT security is to be further developed. In addition to a Microsoft Enterprise environment, we operate on-premise and cloud solutions and work with different SaaS service providers.

Your tasks include Cyber Defence, Endpoint Security, Identity & Access Management, Cloud Security and IT Governance Risk and Compliance. You develop, implement and monitor IT security policies, procedures and controls. You tax internal and external service providers to maintain and improve the agreed IT security services. You conduct security audits, penetration tests and vulnerability analyses. You are responsible for the Incident Response Management. You are specialized in monitoring tools and technologies for monitoring and early detection of security incidents and threats (Datadog, MS Defender, MS Intune, etc.). You manage access rights and data protection measures. You advise and guide training through the continuous increase in awareness of our employees on the topic of “IT security” and “data compliance”.

You have a degree in computer science, information security, business informatics or a comparable qualification. You can demonstrate professional experience in IT security and data compliance. You have profound knowledge in the areas of network security, encryption, authentication and identity management. You have experience with monitoring tools and technologies for security monitoring. You are familiar with relevant legal regulations (e.g. GDPR) and safety standards (e.g. ISO 27001) in the context of Microsoft technologies. You have experience in project management. You like to work in the team, you are strong in communication and your own initiative. You have sound knowledge of German and English (C1).
