We have reorganized our judiciary two years ago and have been constantly developing this. Here we are also looking forward to new ideas from you. You advise decernates, departments, staff offices and private enterprises in all legal issues with a lot of self-responsibility, represent the city to the outside, coordinate external legal advice and strengthen our internal compliance structures. No day is like the other. In addition, you can make legal topics tangible for employees – through workshops, clear language and a good sense of practice.

As part of our team, you will not only bring legal expertise, but also focus on ensuring that all activities of the city administration comply with the highest legal standards. That's why we expect: (m/w/d) with over-average exam results (min. 6.5 points in both State Examina), ideally multiannual experience in the public sector and sound knowledge in administrative, constitutional and civil law, strong enforcement and negotiation strength, consensual work and team skills, innovative thinking and ability to find creative solutions for complex legal and actual challenges, and excellent communication skills.
