Fast emergency rescue from the air and safe patient transport with helicopters and ambulance aircraft – this is the non-profit DRF air rescue. We are one of the leading air rescue organisations in Europe and fly more than 40,000 stakes a year.
Our crews are ready 365 days a year to save lives. We have state-of-the-art helicopters like the H135 and H145 models with five-leaf rotor as well as two ambulance aircraft. Our own maintenance company is approved according to EASA Regulation Part 145 and certified according to ISO 9001. In our shipyard at the Baden-Airpark in Rheinmünster, our highly qualified technicians ensure the airworthiness of the helicopter and aircraft fleet.
