Disaster Control Planning Officer (m/f/d)

Partial responsibility for the development and conceptual continuation of the disaster protection plan, various special plans (e.g. WOA, storm flood, blackout etc.) and for the creation of risk and hazard analyses for the Steinburg district Monitoring and support in the planning and implementation of risk prevention measures Participation in the establishment of the annual budget for the area of civil protection planning Participation in civil and disaster protection (e.g. FüStab KatS, regular readiness etc.)

A prerequisite for the job is a successfully completed (specialised) university degree (e.g. Diploma, Bachelor) in the fields of security and danger prevention, security management or disaster protection/prevention knowledge of German in word and writing a valid driving licence of class B Knowledge of specialist methods and procedures and their appropriate application readiness to work outside ordinary working hours and weekends Advantages for the application are: Professional experience in civil and catastrophe protection, in staff work and in dealing with a management software, preferably Metropoly-BOS or comparable applications administrative knowledge Organisational and resource-oriented planning competence Experience in risk analysis and structuring staff work and process optimization an independent way of working Communication competence and team spirit as well as a pronounced conflict competence
