Together with your team, you bring fresh color to our Engineering & Reliability-SharePoint in terms of content. In E&R we create the technical and organizational foundations for a powerful, modern and collaborative IT landscape and you are in the middle of it from the very beginning. Your ideas are in demand – from conception to implementation. You are structuring texts, graphics and navigation, supporting smaller communication campaigns and continuously developing the page structure based on user feedback. Existing content keeps you up-to-date, adds new features such as FAQs, Templates or Landingpages, and participates in an intuitive information and content flow. With all this you always keep the ING-Branding in mind, because you know that a consistent “Look & Feel” is the A and O of brands. You learn first-hand how internal communication works with us, try out target-group-specific texts (e.g. for Product Owner, Engineering Leads, Squads, Internal Stakeholders) and shape presentations, visuals and posts that catch. Last but not least, you will strengthen the internal awareness with events, culture board contributions or change formats together with your team. It is clear that you are active in the editorial calendar and will help shape the internal communication of tomorrow. We look forward to seeing you!
