Technical Writer - UX / Content / SCHEMA ST4 (m/f/d)

You create user documentation, modern help systems and content for content delivery platforms for complex products and software systems in the fields of measurement technology, electron microscopy, industrial and process automation You work with new user experience concepts and digital information services that raise the customer journey to a new level You accompany the entire process from planning and conception to independent implementation to acceptance and translation As part of interdisciplinary teams, you bring the process participants together, independently provide information and conduct sovereign expert interviews Create technical descriptions and visualizations and use your expertise to explain complex products and processes according to target groups When preparing content in text and image, you work according to common structuring and modularization methods You set up projects in the content management system, secure variants and classifications, and you control publication and translation processes You organize your agile project work with a ticket system for regular sprints with plannings, reviews and dailys You work on the further development of our Smart Content standards and advise our customers on optimization potentials

Your technical background You have a technical or scientific study, a study of technical editorial/media management or a comparable qualification with technical background You have at least. 5 years of professional experience in the field of technical documentation with a comparable task profile You can safely interpret and apply relevant standards and guidelines You have good knowledge of modularization and structuring methods and common information models, such as iiRDS or DITA Editorial systems, preferably SCHEMA ST4, can be used safely Also in the current graphics and office programs you are safely on the go You have experience with software development processes and tools You know UX and Content Delivery Concepts You have practical experience in translation management, terminology management and terminology databases You speak and write in English at a high level
