As a cost center planner, you are responsible for ensuring a multi-site, predictive planning and handling of customer orders to optimize the responsiveness of the company to future and capacitive changes You are responsible for the creation of the cross-works production planning, as well as ensuring the cross-works and factory-specific rough planning, taking into account manufacturing and economic findings In addition, you will also ensure the cross-work gross and production planning with a focus on terminating vehicle structures in the ERP as well as APS and will be responsible for the timing of assemblies/components Examination of orders for feasibility and loading into the ERP system taking into account the manufacturing capacities and monitoring of resource capacity is your hand In addition, you will take care of the definition, planning and monitoring of the implementation of labour stocks based on cost centers and to adapt the cost center capacity (operative production control) You are responsible for the inventory quantities of own-production parts (systematic monitoring, control and optimisation of stocks) as well as the definition of strategic stockholding concepts (minimum stocks/security stocks) You define, maintain and monitor the MRP parameters in the case of self-manufacturing components in cooperation with the work preparation and taking into account the production line scheduling and individual project plans In your position, you will work in the change process and the complaint process with regard to stocks and dates for parts of your own and foreign products, in close coordination with the material control and production with The creation, monitoring and adaptation of demand dates for foreign procurement components and internal coordination with the material control is in your hands You ensure and initiate shipping activities in compliance with deadlines You carry out cross-site order expectation forecast considerations and take into account these in terms of capacity planning Identification of procurement-relevant risks and active cooperation in implementing improvement processes is another exciting part of your activity Your work is rounded off with close cooperation with various interfaces (e.g. manufacturing, AV, purchasing, logistics, Zebel)
