Production & Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d)

You coordinate external service providers and internal departments for the production of our journals and special products, e.g. Special editions, cookbooks, calendars or trade fair guides. For this purpose, you control external partners in the fields of graphics, preliminary stage and printing and ensure a smooth production process. You are responsible for managing order assignments and ensure compliance with quality, time and cost specifications. You prepare price and contract negotiations with service providers and implement them successfully. You take over the purchase of advertising materials and the coordination of video productions. You process inquiries and orders from external customers, for example for special prints or calendar productions, and advise them comprehensively.

You have an apprenticeship as a media businessman, a media specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable commercial training with a pronounced technical understanding. You bring a multi-year experience in publishing. Ideally, you have experience in dealing with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat. If you know censhare and publishing manager – even better. You have already gained experience in contract negotiations with service providers and customers. You are characterized by a pronounced communication capability, negotiation skills and their pronounced organisational and coordination capability. Your high cost awareness as well as a customer- and service-oriented operation complete your profile.
