Monitoring of the overall state of the real estate and the external investment Implementation of minor repair, maintenance and repair work Support of external companies as well as control and acceptance of externally assigned maintenance work Cleaning and maintenance of outdoor facilities including winter service Waste disposal Participation in organisational processes in the warehouse, in the workshop and in the car parks Maintenance of the emergency power unit, washing system, elevators and heating/ventilation Checking of ladders
