Conception, implementation and optimization of modern data solutions based on Microsoft Fabric (including Data Factory, Data Engineering, Data Science, Real-Time Analytics, Power BI) Development and maintenance of ETL/ELT processes to integrate structured and unstructured data from different sources Development and development of data models for self-service analytics and company-wide reporting Implementation of security, governance and compliance requirements in the Microsoft Factory environment Support in the further development of our BI strategy and active contribution to data-driven decision-making Close cooperation with specialist departments for identifying and implementing data-based optimization potentials

Multiannual professional experience as a data engineer or in comparable function Safe handling of Microsoft Fabric Components (Power BI, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Pipelines etc.) Knowledge of Power BI, DAX, SQL and Azure Data Services Good understanding of data models, ETL processes and modern BI architectures Experience in data quality assurance, monitoring and error handling Very good knowledge of German (at least C1), good knowledge of English Analytical thinking, structured working and high self-initiative
