(Senior) Engineering Program Manager IPAI (m/f/d)

As part of the IPAI Engineering Team, you will ensure that IPAI's engineering activities focus on the most relevant problems, translate them into coherent solution strategies and implement them with continuity and dynamics. You work with colleagues from the fields of AI & Tech, Partnerships, Product Management and Management to transfer needs from the ecosystem to clear priorities, implementable roadmaps and reliable results.

Create clarity by translating the needs of the ecosystem, strategic objectives and technical frameworks into concrete problems, priorities and success criteria. Design the solution direction and roadmaps together with the engineering and product lines and agree on short-term stage targets (Deliverables) with long-term platform and ecosystem targets. Respond to the end-to-end execution of central initiatives, define scope, milestones, dependencies and decision points, and advance the progress from concept to delivery. Ensure a disciplined project implementation by providing a solid development rhythm, controlling potential risks and predicting blockages. Acted as a central coordination and communication interface between teams and stakeholders to ensure a common understanding, timely decisions and a transparent status. Continuously increase the focus and effectiveness within the engineering organization by improving planning, prioritization and cross-functional cooperation. .
