You understand how changes have an operating, systemic and accounting effect in an internationally growing company and always keeps the big picture of it. You integrate international companies into efficient accounting structures and develop our accounting processes with a special focus on digitization, automation and scalability. You are responsible for creating the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts of the heo Group according to HGB – reliable and timely. Compliance with all tax and accounting regulations, including the audit of the processes for tax visibility and tax reporting, is also your responsibility. You report directly to the CFO and work closely with the Executive Board as well as internal and external stakeholders. You are also responsible for the introduction and further development of an ERP system in the Accounting context. Leadership & team culture You lead the international accounting team with clarity, empathy and professional strength. Your leadership style is human-oriented, solution-focused and development-promoting. You will strengthen ownership, openly address conflicts and create an environment in which performance and cooperation go hand in hand.

Your know-how base comes from a degree in accounting, financial management, or an equivalent qualification with sound knowledge in accounting (HGB) and tax law. During the last 7 or 10 years, you have developed your modern leadership in managing accounting functions, ideally in the international environment. Talking German or English does not bring you out of your sovereignty. You combine solution and decision-making with a strong sense of responsibility.
