You will be accompanied by an experienced project manager as part of a structured incorporation and guided to your tasks Through active deployments in our companies, you will gain valuable practical experience and get to know our processes At the beginning you take part projects and gradually grow into the independent management of your own projects You will get comprehensive insights into the entire project life cycle: from feasibility testing to approval procedures to construction execution and commissioning After successful incorporation Participation in the planning and implementation of new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects Support for feasibility studies and investment and cost-effectiveness calculations Coordination with engineering offices, specialist planners, suppliers and other project participants Cooperation in tendering, awarding and approval procedures Support for appointment and cost management and reporting Monitoring and commissioning on site

You have completed your studies in the field of civil engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering or a comparable subject Ideally, you have already been able to gain first practical experience, for example through internships, student work or completion work in plant, industrial or project engineering, You are inspiring for technical relationships and enjoy accompanying projects with the necessary hand-on mentality at our stationary plants. A structured and independent way of working as well as an open and communicative personality For the care of our locations, you will be prepared to attend occasional service trips within Saxony, Thuringia and Saxony-Anhalts.
