We support contractors and general contractors in building logistics consulting and planning services and take over for our customers as a leading complete service provider in the operational project execution of large-scale construction projects, all necessary coordination, management and execution services in the areas of supply and disposal logistics, personnel service and construction site equipment. Your new field of action will be at our location in Munich.

You are on site and comprehensively responsible for the qualitative implementation of the contractually owed building logistics tasks in the following areas: supply logistics, area management, material logistics, disposal and cleaning logistics incl. deficiencies management, coordination of construction site equipment, personal logistics Control your employees and associated subcontractors It is always result-oriented and in compliance with the necessary safety regulations You contribute proactively to the audit and coordination of the contractually agreed performance and the follow-up management Opposite the client and the other project participants, you are the first contact person for operational execution and participate in construction meetings As a logistics manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for billing the contractually agreed services and ensure the performance documentation

Projektmanager (m/w/d) in der Baulogistik (m/w/d), Master (m/w/d), Technicians (m/w/d), Business Administration (m/w/d) or completed studies in the construction industry or experience in facility management as well as professional and leadership experience at construction sites in a comparable area of responsibility Technical and constructional understanding of the work and logistics processes in the construction process Outstanding cost awareness, high communication and team skills and social competence High affinity for internal computer tools
