Total responsibility for the development and operations of the global CRM project Active control of the implementation, documentation and testing of the future CRM solution based on MS Dynamics 365 and implementation of appropriate quality measures Structure and (special) leadership of a Development & Operations Team Conception and implementation of the smooth transition in the operational operation of the CRM solution Ensuring effective cooperation with related projects such as SAP MDG, SAP S/4 and spartenspecific CPQ systems Secure engagement in a collaboration model with representatives of business, IT and external implementation partners Responsibility for compliance with guidelines and framework concepts

Successfully completed studies of (economic) computer science, a comparable course of study or comparable qualifications Proven, multiannual experience in managing complex and comparable IT projects Knowledge of software development, IT governance and IT operations concepts Routine management of development service providers Very good knowledge of MS Dynamics 365, MS Power Platform and MS Azure Stack Experience in employee management High self-initiative, customer and service orientation as well as enthusiasm for digitalization and new technologies Excellent communication and enforcement strength - in German and English
