The profile will help you as a sales manager (m/w/d) for performance/price design:

• Complete studies in economics or comparable qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in sales controlling or sales development

• Very good MS Office knowledge

• Experience with SAP on key user levels

• Ideally first knowledge of QlikView programming

• Very good German/English skills in word and writing

• Self-responsible, analytical and targeted working methods

• Strong communication capability

Your tasks as sales manager (m/w/d) for performance/price design:

• They plan budgets, optimize pricing, quantities and margins and ensure that the distribution channels are perfectly positioned

• They implement and operate measures and processes to efficiently implement price adjustments, volume quotas and margin optimization

• As a key user of the internal reporting system, you initiate SAP adjustments, check data and train the sales team

• You take over the continuous updating of account planning for forecast, budget/medium-term planning

• They drive the CRM system further, support the sales management with analyses and concerns for clear definition of measures and reports
