The area of digitalization SCOS promotes and controls digital transformation and serves as a central coordination centre for digital projects. You are the first contact person for our specialist areas in questions about our digital cooperation model You support the development and optimization of the digital workplace, in particular by using Microsoft 365 and Google Workplace You analyze the requirements of the departments and develop tailor-made solutions for digital processes You moderate and accompany change management processes to ensure smooth transformation You act as an important interface between departments and IT You develop and run training and workshops to keep employees up-to-date and support them in the use of digital tools

You have a completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable qualification You bring first professional experience or internships in the field of digitalization, change management or consulting. We would also like to give ambitious graduates (m/w/d) the opportunity to work on the topics You have a high IT affinity and ideally bring knowledge to Microsoft 365, Google Workplace and modern collaboration tools with You have strong communicative skills and a proactive, solution-oriented way of working and keep an overview even in challenging situations You quickly capture complex facts and can present them in a comprehensible manner You have fun supporting people in change processes and inspire you for new technologies and digital trends JOBV1_EN
