Your duties

• You carry out the billing for your billing group in SAP HCM and implement statutory, collective agreement and operational regulations
• Admission, change and exit scenarios work independently and take care of the personal master data
• You are contact person (m/w/d) for employees, executives and works council in all billing, social insurance and wage tax issues
• You create the certification, process the electronic reporting and perform the corresponding correspondence
• Are responsible for personal issues such as retirement age, old age and occupational retirement
• You maintain and check the time economic data in close coordination with the time officers of the specialist departments
• Submissions abroad, visa applications and social insurance legal reporting procedures, are processed by you

Your qualification

• You have completed commercial vocational training and several years of professional experience in pay billing ideally with SAP HCM
• Knowledge of the tariff regulations of the metal and electrical industry are advantageous
• You have secure user knowledge in MS Office
• An independent and structured way of working
• They have a strong team and communication skills and a high sense of responsibility
• They convince by friendly appearance and contribute to a positive working environment with your open mind
