Main contact partner for customers: You are direct contact for all concerns and questions about our cleaning services Ensuring quality standards: Responsibility for compliance with hygiene standards and safety regulations Team leadership: Responsibility for personnel occupation and organisation of work processes on site, including the management and deployment planning of employees Responsibility for sales and costs: cooperation in the achievement of the corporate objectives through active management of sales and cost development Process optimization: Support of the object management in the implementation of internal and customer-specific processes

(m/d) or several years of management experience in building cleaning Commercial Understanding for Budget Planning and Controlling Team leadership competence and ability to motivate employees Communication strength and customer-oriented appearance High self-initiative and organisational ability Experience in handling Microsoft Office and digital tools Class B driving licence
