For our MEDIAN Center for Behavioural Medicine in Bad Pyrmont, we are looking for a clinic manager (m/w/d), who takes over the commercial responsibility for our acute and rehabilitation clinic and develops the location.

Your main tasks

• Responsible management and management of the acute clinic and the rehabilitation clinic in co-operative coordination with the chief medical officer
• Ensuring an economically successful operation and a high quality of patient care
• Person responsible for the management of staff including staff selection, staff development and regular employee talks
• Strategic development, optimization and safeguarding of clinical structures and processes
• Planning, control and control of budgets and responsibility for investment and economic planning
• Active sales support and development of cooperation with cost-beneficiaries and contributors
• Ensuring and further developing quality management
• Contact care with service providers, authorities, representatives of politics, external service providers and other stakeholders of the clinic
• Initiation, control and management of projects at the site (e.g. construction projects) and cooperation on company-wide projects

Your profile

• Successfully completed economic studies, or Study in the field of health management or a comparable qualification
• relevant professional experience and management experience in healthcare, ideally in a clinic
• Communication strength, organizational skills and fast conception
