Civil Engineer / Industrial Engineer Lean Construction (m/f/d)

As part of our Lean-Construction team, you are responsible for advancing the methods of Lean Construction in our modular construction operating teams and continuously optimizing our approach. Further development of Lean-Construction methods and continuous optimization of our processes in modular construction Supporting the project teams when using the Lean methods and tools at our construction sites Development of timetables, exchanges with the contractors and support of the construction management in the clock control Support of project teams in the essay and tax of project navigation (PEP) Implementation of training and management of workshops to convey company standards Active Lean-Coachings and collegial consulting in the projects and promotion of lean culture within the company Data and software maintenance, investigation of project key figures and help with digitization projects

Complete master's degree in civil engineering/economy engineering (construction), preferably with a focus on construction, or a comparable qualification Experiences in the construction management/work preparation in turnkey construction are of advantage – we are happy to offer ambitious young people the opportunity to develop in this area Knowledge in the field of Lean Construction, project management and scheduling in the construction sector is desirable. Excellent understanding of comprehensive project management and independent development of optimization concepts Safe handling of MS Office applications, knowledge of data analysis would be desirable Strong communication skills, coupled with presentation skills and solid team spirit Self-responsible work as well as ways of thinking and action aimed at analysis and achievement; Enforcement and Conscientiousness Willingness to travel to our construction sites and locations (valid driving licence class B necessary) as well as German knowledge at native level (C1) The office can be at our locations in Hamburg or in Remseck am Neckar
