About the position

Many of these orders are delivered by “Scoober”, our logistics area. With this extensive delivery fleet on the street, we support our partners every day and make sure your food arrives at your home.

Your main task as Courier Coordinator (m/w/d) and thus as the first respondent for our couriers is to have a fleet of approx. 350 riders: manage, supervise and continuously develop.

Your job

• You have responsibility for the processes and processes in the hub and support their new and further development
• You report directly to the location management, our:n City Operations Manager and are often in exchange with employees:in other locations, as well as other departments
• You help shift planning
• You build good relationships with your driver team and help them with questions or problems
• You will support them from the first layer with regular feedback talks to help you to derive possibilities for improvements
• You will continuously find solutions to improve the reliability of your team

Your profile

• Ideally first experience in logistics, Last Mile Delivery, fleet management, office management, customer service or in a comparable position
• Excellent German as well as good English skills
• An open, honest and direct communicative way, as well as a team player mentality
• You are stress resistant and can work solution-oriented
• A proactive, well-organized, calm and careful approach to your job
• First leadership experiences are advantageous
