Payroll – Implementation of monthly wage and salary billing incl. Project management of the perspective outlay with subsequent interface function to the service provider Operational pension provision (bAV) – Holistic administration, care of service provider portals, coordination of internal interfaces and advice of our employees Travel Cost Management – Examination and settlement of expenses and travel expenses in compliance with current legal and tax requirements Certificates – preparation of qualified certificates and personal certificates master data – Ensuring high data quality and maintenance of relevant HR master data in SAP as well as SuccessFactors Accounting Support – Accounting and Annual Accounting Deadline Management – Monitoring and tracking of relevant deadlines such as sampling times, deadlines and work permits HR Services – Competent contact person for employees, service providers, health insurance companies and authorities in social insurance issues

Successfully completed commercial training, preferably supplemented by a further training to the specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable academic degree Knowledge of the relevant legal frameworks Safe handling of MS Office products and knowledge in SAP desirable Self-employed, structured and team-oriented work and a high degree of self-initiative High service orientation, discretion and reliability in handling sensitive data Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
