Your new job: convincing & solution-oriented When a damage happens, everything is put on the head first. The car falls out, the uncertainty is great and many questions are open. That's exactly what you're playing. You are the first person on the phone, listen carefully, understand the situation and show a suitable solution directly. In most cases, you will transfer to one of our strong regulatory partners, who will take over the entire process: from hol and bring service to replacement mobility to warranty on repair.
