Who are we looking for: For our organizational unit 1411-3 “Sauna” we are looking for a dedicated, motivated and qualified full-time force (39 hours per week) at the next possible time

Be part of our sauna team and take over a responsible management function in a customer-oriented, experiential environment. A varied field of tasks awaits you with plenty of design space, close exchange with adjacent areas and the possibility of developing the sauna operation conceptually. Collaboration, openness and appreciation are particularly important to us.

Staff Use & Organisation: You coordinate the economic personnel use in the sauna area and ensure a structured instruction of the sauna staff in the operations. Team leadership & development: With a view to events and customer approach, you continuously develop your team and promote motivation, quality and service orientation. Sauna experience: The further development of berries and rituals as well as the provision of service-oriented care for sauna guests are at the heart of your action. Event- & offer development: The planning, development and implementation of sauna events and events are your responsibility as well as the conceptual development of the sauna operation and offer. Operating support: You support the bath line in billing and proof of hours, provide relevant operating data and are actively part of the operating operations to ensure an economical, smooth and high-quality sauna operation. Interface work: A close coordination with the areas of bath operation, spa & beauty, cleaning and technology is of course for you. Projects & Special Tasks: In addition, you can participate in projects and take special tasks within your competence.

The safe handling of the HKS cash register system and the application of the relevant DGfdB leaflets and guidelines in the sauna area are of course for you. Your qualification: You have a training as a certified sauna master (m/w/d). Your experience: Multiannual professional experience, ideally with first leadership experience, completes your profile.
