Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Berlin Strategic development: Facilitate the departments standard technology service offering, modularize features, set development standards and measured new Salesforce products. Best practices advocate: Foster industry best practices within the design of the solution architecture, implementation, quality and technical documentation. Requirement validation: Thoroughly validate technical project requirements, ensuring that solutions support the overall business goals and address relevant needs. Continuous improvement: Facilitate new project set ups from a tool perspective and ensure and harmonize the CI/CD & DEV/OPS methodology. Team mentorship: Ensure knowledge transfer to team members, skill sets and fostering skill technical development.

Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills in Salesforce, including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and familiarity with Salesforce platform features and limitations Industry experience: Notable years of work experience in Service & Sales Cloud and FSL and their applications in Service & Manufacturing Integration and Programming: Proven API & 3rd party integration knowledge Development & Deployment: Practical DEVOPS and CI/CD process experience is a strong asset. Programming languages search as Python, Java Script etc. are a plus Way of working: Exceptional skills in analytical problem solving. Versed in agile methodology. Bringing in strong interpersonal, communication & intercultural skills Data Driven Approach: Comfortable applying analytical methods to identify best fit solutions and using tools such as SQL or Power BI etc. to achieve this Availability of Salesforce Architect certifications, search as Development Lifecycle & Deployment architect, Application Architect, Integration Architect, System Architect or Technical Architect. Language: Fluent written and spoken English (C1). English is an advantage
