Task control | Operation Netz| SWM Services GmbH The task management in the field of operating networks functions as a central unit for controlling the maintenance strategies for the Munich energy and supply networks and as a driver for digitization and process optimization. The AS, which is assigned to the technical office, is responsible for spartenspecific and cross-border controlling activities, measures and projects and supports the specialist areas in technical and economic issues. The department speaks both the language of the professional user as well as the IT units, directs and optimizes work-controling processes in the SAP PM environment, supervises operationally used tools including own developments, bundles requirements and accompanies their implementation.

Working control with SAP PM in daily business (technical data, ordering, maintenance planning...) Recording requirements and process adaptations and implementation with the help of IT tools (e.g. Workforce Management System, Fiori Apps in the SAP PM environment) Definition and monitoring of responsibilities, services and time and cost objectives Identification of optimization potentials and integration into the process and system landscape Interface function between specialist areas of network operation and central IT Advising and passing on know-how in the work management and process digitalization environment to specialist areas

Complete study of engineering and/or computer science Alternatively comparable conclusion, e.g. as a technician Knowledge of maintenance processing with SAP PM/CS Experience in requirement management and with agile methods / tools (e.g. JIRA) Experience in project management and understanding of business relationships Ideally knowledge in the operation and maintenance of infrastructure networks
