You are the first expert contact point for customers who need standards, technical regulations or digital products from DIN Media. You recognize the need, arrange it correctly and guide customers to the right product, format or process. You analyze customer requests (telephone/email) and explain which standards, documents or digital products are required. You advise on available standards, regulations, license models and usage options. You guide customers through the product structure of DIN Media (standards, control units, batch sheets, digital platforms). You correctly assign complex concerns and forward them to the appropriate specialist departments. You process orders, license requests and product releases precisely in our systems. You make sure that all orders are fully documented and executed correctly. You're planning customer data, permissions and accesses in CRM and ERP systems. You are responsible for smooth operations between customer service and the relevant specialist departments.

Commercial training or comparable qualification, also for cross-enterers with a scientific background Multiannual experience in subject-related work Interest in the diverse and dynamic world of standardization and technical regulation as well as willingness to acquire comprehensive expertise – especially at the beginning with willingness to learn and endurance Experience in handling CRM/ERP and ticket systems Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Structured, solution-oriented mode of operation and ability to clearly identify needs
