You take over the management of the HR department and run an employee You take over and accompany all operational and generalistic tasks in personnel management, including personnel billing, personnel administration and personnel controlling You serve and advise our executives and employees in all personal questions with expertise and passion You support and implement recruitment measures, including creation and publication of job advertisements, applicant management and onboarding You implement innovative ideas for employee acquisition, integration and motivation You are responsible for operational and strategic personnel planning, in close cooperation with the management and the management circle You actively shape our corporate culture, values and visions

completed economic studies focusing on personnel, economic law or the like multiannual professional experience in the management of staff high IT and digitalization affinity a strong knowledge of labour law cross-sectoral and forward-looking thinking and action medium-level thinking and working methods good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
