For our Servicefeld Portfolio Steering & Pricing in the Tribe Product Lifecycle & Documentation we are looking for you in full or part time as Scrum of Scrum Master (m/w/d) in Karlsruhe, Münster and Germany from 30 hours per week. Ashheim.

Tasks with perspectives You are responsible for the effectiveness and scaled agile delivery methodology of the Squads in the Tribe and for the introduction, training and coaching of agile values, principles and practices. You support the Tribe Lead in the design and reflection of the Tribe Vision, Roadmap and Backlog, as well as the feedback loop and visualize the delivery progress of the services provided in the Tribe. You co-ordinate and moderate agile Tribe events, promote self-organization in the Tribe and coach employees in interdisciplinary cooperation. You implement an open feedback and error culture and convey the company values and create an environment for a powerful team dynamic. Personality with profile You have a completed study of business informatics, business management and multi-year professional experience as Scrum Master, ideally in the banking environment or a comparable qualification. You have strong leadership and live a cooperative leadership style in agile teams. You have pronounced problem-solving skills and bring an agile and delivery-oriented mindset in which you think and trade customer-centred.
